GOD CREATED ALL TO BRING US JOY

Did you know that our miraculous God has made all of creation for our delight? God is Creator of all. He spoke the world into existence by the power and authority of His word. His breath fills us with life. His created world perfectly sustains us. And He has blessed His world with beauty beyond imagining for us to enjoy. We are God’s joy, and He seeks to bring joy to our lives through His creation.
“The Lord reigns, He is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength; indeed, the world is established, firm and secure. Your throne was established long ago; You are from all eternity.” – Psalm 93:1-2
Our almighty God is beyond what we could ever fathom. He is infinite and eternal… without beginning and without end… free from the constraints of time and space. He rules over all and is ruled by nothing. All of creation answers to Him. His created universe is of such beauty, such intricacy, such majesty that we can only stand in reverential awe of its Creator.

God created us in His image and for His glory. We are the pride of His creation. He has entrusted all to our care. We know in the depths of our beings that we are His. We owe Him everything… even our very lives. We praise Him in the splendor of His holiness (Psalm 96:9).
How glorious is God’s love for us. It is infinite, immeasurable, unchanging, neverending. His love permeates deep into our spirits. We can never be lost to His love (Romans 8:39). Our times rest in His hands. Each of our days we live in His enveloping presence.

All creation is a gift from God. All the works of His hands are for our enjoyment. He longs for us to take time to marvel at the incredible beauty of all that He has created. The universe revolves around Him. All nature yields to His authority. All life is dependent upon Him. We stand in amazement at the intricate beauty of His world… the wonders of His creation.

All of God’s breathtaking works play out before us. They are a stirring display of His power and majesty. He has painted the infinite shades of color from His palette… the deep azure blue of the ocean, the vivid turquoise of tropical waters, the rich green fields abloom with vibrant wildflowers, the snowy whiteness of clouds against a radiant blue sky, the sunset skies awash with glorious hues, the golden glow of a rising full moon, the brilliance of silvery stars on a clear evening.
We praise God for the awe-inspiring splendor of His creation. We bow in humble adoration before Him. Amidst our days, we stop and offer Him thanks for all that He has created. The magnificent works of His hands surround us everywhere, reminding us of His ever-presence with us. We live our lives in reverence of our awesome God.
