GOD HAS PREPARED A WONDROUS FUTURE FOR US IN HEAVEN

We are just sojourners in this life. As believers our true home is in heaven. We look forward to eternity with God… where we will see His face and His name will be upon our foreheads (Revelation 22:4). We will be forever His.

We are made in the image of God. Our sense of beauty, order and perfection reflect His heart. We long for a place that far surpasses this world… in the presence of the Lord forevermore. Do our hearts truly believe God’s promises of heaven?
“In My Father’s house are many rooms… if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am.” – John 14:2-3
Our time on earth is infinitesimal compared to eternity. This is God’s perspective of time. He has set a time for our lives before He calls us home to be with Him always. Are we truly living each day for His glory?

Our true citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20). We are God’s ambassadors for the time He blesses us to be here on earth. Ambassadors represent their native countries. The way they live their lives are a reflection on their homeland. Are we a reflection of heaven to those around us?
God desires that we live life in light of eternity. Our focus is not to be on this world. Worldly temptations will always be present. Yet when we learn to see our lives from God’s perspective, we seek eternal rewards rather than temporal rewards. We accrue treasures in heaven.

We were chosen by God for His purpose, for His joy and for His glory. When our hearts fully comprehend this truth, we will seek to live for Him and honor Him in all we do. Living in light of eternity keeps our focus on God… and looks ahead to a life everlasting in His loving presence. What a future He has for us… beyond our most extraordinary dreams!
